La Condesa Figueroa is Chef Jenni’s dream come true of taking her experience of being a born and bred New Yorker who acquired her formal education at The French Culinary Institute and traveled, studied and worked in some of the most well known Bakeries and Patisseries in the world including Ladurée, Jean Georges, Falai and Conti’s Pastry Shoppe just to name a few.
After recently relocating to her grandparents island of Puerto Rico where she spent her summers as a child climbing mango, papaya and breadfruit trees she now has a place of her own where she and her talented pastry team can showcase their love and dedication to their craft as well as her appreciation and homage to their enchanting island of Puerto Rico!
