We only charge you for the specific cuts of meat we send you. Because weights of cuts can vary a bit, we wait until we’ve packed your order to actually charge your card. This means you pay for exactly what you get.

We ship so that packages arrive on Wednesday.

Yes, we'll deliver to the address you entered into the system.

Ingredients are shipped frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated box.

Your order will come in a box with a curbside recyclable insulated liner and drain-safe ice packs. We also sometimes use dry ice, which should never be touched with bare hands. Allow it to evaporate.

We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given a delivery date prior to confirming your order.

No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.

Shipping cost is $10. Please Note: All orders of $99 or more qualify for Free Home Delivery.

Orders within our regular service area are delivered by us or by Islandwide, a trusted local courier.

Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. You may notice a slightly lower or higher final order total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.
