For safety reasons and to guarantee the quality of our products, we do not leave deliveries outside the residence unless the customer has explicitly authorized it. This prevents potential theft, damage, or deterioration of the product due to weather conditions.
If a delivery attempt was made but the order could not be delivered, the order must be picked up at our physical store in Dorado. Otherwise, a refund will be issued, minus the applicable restocking fee. This fee covers the operational costs associated with the returned product, including handling, the time and effort of our delivery staff, and the loss of product freshness, as we work with perishable foods that must be maintained under optimal conditions.
